Flowwow is a leading global online marketplace for flowers and gifts, operating in over 10,000 cities worldwide. In 2023, we expanded our presence to Brazil and are experiencing rapid growth. We’re now seeking a talented PR Manager to join our team and help shape our brand’s narrative.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to create and implement a strategic brand communication plan, including the creation of key messages, editorial content, and crisis communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and key media contacts
• Prepare and pitch compelling stories, press releases, news, and features to secure media coverage across various platforms.
• Distribute press releases to targeted media outlets and follow up to secure coverage.
• Manage and enhance our public image through updated company materials and active communication with journalists.
• Liaise with both Brazilian and global teams to uncover and develop compelling stories.
• Monitor the Brazilian news landscape and keep an eye on competitor activities.
• Coordinate interviews and briefings for key spokespersons.
• Organize or participate in industry and press events as needed.

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in public relations and/or journalism (experience in both is a plus).
• Native-level proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• A proactive, independent mindset with strong ownership of tasks.
• Must be based in São Paulo.
